Zhengqing is a seasoned technology professional and educator with over 15 years of experience in the area of data engineering, AI applications, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. His career spans a diverse range of roles, where he has bridged the gap between technical innovation and practical application. A key highlight of his career is his co-founding of PVoice, a pioneering SaaS platform built in 2020 that integrates speech recognition, machine translation, and text-to-speech technologies. At the time, PVoice was one of the first solutions to automatically translate Chinese video content into multiple languages, providing subtitles that break language barriers in digital media and significantly improving content accessibility.

In addition to his work with PVoice, Zhengqing has held several leadership roles in the field of AI and cloud computing. He served as Chief Technology Officer at The Artling, where he led the development of a multimodal AI search engine for digital artworks. Earlier in his career, he was the Data Engineering Lead and Cloud Architect at Neuron Mobility, where he built scalable, AI-driven systems such as the GPT-powered customer service bot and computer vision solutions for parking and helmet compliance.

Zhengqing’s educational background includes a PhD in Wireless Networks and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, both from the National University of Singapore, earned under scholarships. He has also accumulated over 7 years of experience in teaching at Nanyang Polytechnic, where he served as a Senior Lecturer and mentored students in various technical disciplines.
